1 Recognition of the market organization
The market regulations are recognized by visitors, exhibitors and other people by entering the hall or the event site or by staying there. 2 participation
In principle, anyone can participate in the markets. The registration modalities depend on the organizer’s respective program announcement. However, only those people whose range of goods is appropriate for the type of event will be admitted to the market as exhibitors. The exhibitors are fully responsible for their stand location, their sales stand and their range of goods.
3 demurrage
The demurrage fee is due upon conclusion of the contract. The demurrage fee must be paid in cash during the course of the event upon request by the organizer's employees and will be deferred interest-free until then. The applicable tariff will be clearly visible in the entrance area of the event site or event hall; Otherwise, the applicable tariff will be announced before the contract is concluded. Non-participation does not release the exhibitor from his contractual obligations. In particular, he remains obliged to pay the demurrage fee. In this case, the demurrage fee is due for payment in writing.
4 Setting up and dismantling the stands
The event location is usually released 2 hours before the start of the event and only if the organizer or a person responsible for setting up the stands is present. The presence of a caretaker is not sufficient. Extended or shortened setup times result from the
Event announcement. The exhibitor must ensure that the visitor aisle in front of his stand is not blocked by objects that have been placed or left behind. Packing up the goods and dismantling the stand may not begin until at least half an hour before the official end of the event. Exhibitors who do not adhere to this rule undertake to pay the organizer Christa Thielking a contractual penalty of 50 euros for each case of violation. 5 reserved places
The reserved seats must be taken no later than 1 hour before the official start of the event. If you do not show up up to 1 hour before the start of the event, the stand space can be allocated elsewhere by the organizer or a representative; Exhibitors arriving late are no longer entitled to their reserved space. A reservation fee equal to the demurrage fee will be charged if the reserved space cannot be arranged elsewhere due to the absence of an exhibitor.
6 Removal of rubbish/leaving exhibits behind
The exhibition areas must be left clean after the event and any rubbish must be disposed of. The exhibitor relinquishes ownership rights to goods and other exhibition items left behind. The costs of removal will be charged to the exhibitor.
7 Behavior on the event site / supervision
The stand holder is responsible for observing and complying with the regulations that generally apply to his or her activity. Every dealer must comply with legal regulations. In particular, every commercial dealer must mark his goods with prices. Each exhibitor must clearly display a name tag with their full address on their stand. The distribution of advertising, in particular leaflets, is only permitted with the consent of the organizer or his representative.
The organizer and his representatives ensure compliance with market regulations. The exhibitors are obliged to immediately follow the instructions of the supervisory staff.
8 House rules/violations of market regulations
The organizer and his representatives exercise house rules on the event site or in the event hall. In exercising housekeeping rights, the market supervisory authority or those authorized by it may order exhibitors and/or visitors to leave the event premises or event hall if their behavior disrupts event operations and/or endangers, hinders or annoys other exhibitors and/or visitors .
9 Liability
The exhibitor is liable to the organizer for damages for which he is responsible, regardless of whether they are caused by himself, his employees, agents or by his exhibition objects and facilities. The organizer assumes no liability for damage to property and/or financial loss, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer or his representative. At

The organizer does not bear any insurance risk for the exhibitor. The exhibitor is expressly informed of his own insurance options. The organizer is not liable for the authenticity and quality of the goods offered.
10 resignation
The exhibitor (private or commercial) has the opportunity to withdraw from their reservation free of charge by noon on Thursday at the latest before the respective event. Withdrawal must be made in writing (mail, email) or by telephone.
11 Force Majeure
If the event has to be canceled due to force majeure (storm, flood, etc.), there is no entitlement to a refund of the stand fees.
12 hygiene measures
The applicable hygiene regulations of the federal state/city must be observed when entering the hall or the event site and the instructions of the organizer must be followed. By order, contact details will be collected from visitors and exhibitors to trace infections with COVID-19. The registered exhibitors are recorded by the reservation. The contact details of unregistered exhibitors will be recorded on site.
13 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of the organizer in Freiburg
